For nearly 40 years Kevin O’Dwyer has devoted his career life to the oil & gas service sector. He has worked for various companies that span from multi-national majors to small independents. The diversity of his previous roles extend from operations to training and from field station management to entire business unit management.

Kevin founded Tier 1 Energy Solutions in late 2013 and successfully navigated through some challenging times in the oil & gas industry. Today Tier 1 Energy Solutions employs over 200 people and operates out of eight service locations in Western Canada.
